Girls' Day School TrustFuture Study

Palladian returned to the classroom to create a bold report film for GDST’s latest Futures Study, a piece of research exploring confidence, leadership, the future of work, and how young people navigate misinformation. With insights gathered from more than 1,300 girls, the brief was to translate complex data into something human, memorable, and emotionally resonant.

Working from a strong creative concept, we stepped outside the usual safe zone and crafted a creative film that felt fresh for GDST’s established tone of voice. The approach was intentionally more direct and energetic, designed to bring the statistics to life by spotlighting the real students behind the numbers. Their talent, honesty, and presence gave the film its heartbeat, turning abstract findings into grounded stories.

The result is a dynamic thought leadership video that elevates the Futures Study beyond a traditional report. It gives the research a face, a voice, and a sense of urgency - capturing the perspectives of young women shaping their own futures and reflecting the spirit that drives GDST schools forward.
