Hartland Village
We’ve been working with Berkeley for a number of years, delivering a combination of construction films, animated content, property video tours and residential sales films. Importantly, it’s a relationship built on our unique understanding of both architecture and the construction process. Hartland Village was a prime example of the style of shoot which benefits from our diverse expertise and combined knowledge; from flying drones and devising lifestyle scenes, to composing and delivering animated elements within live action footage.

The Villas
Residential sales films and property video tours aren’t just about the bricks and mortar, it’s about the wider context. After all, location is key for Berkeley. Therefore, our aim was to craft a sales film that celebrated the local area, and could showcase what it had to offer to prospective buyers.
That’s not say the same film can’t also showcase the architecture and interior finish, it needn’t be an ‘either or’. However, it’s about switching the focus, and allowing the area to speak a littler louder.
It was great to work alongside the Villas marketing team, where we were able to identify key local area selling points. For instance, the brilliant lake a stone’s throw away or the abundant cafes, bars, restaurants and pubs.
