BelmondLe Manoir Campaign

When Belmond approached Palladian, the brief was about more than documenting events. It was an opportunity to shape a behind-the-scenes film series that expressed the heart of a luxury brand built on authenticity. Known for meaningful, human-centred experiences, Belmond needed visual storytelling that translated the essence of their spaces and people into a cohesive media campaign across digital and social platforms.

Our role was to cut through the overly staged feel of traditional luxury marketing and create films that felt intimate, sincere, and true to their world. Each piece became part of a wider brand strategy, designed to deepen audience connection and reinforce Belmond’s commitment to genuine hospitality.

From cinematic films charting the shifting seasons at Le Manoir to character-led portraits of the people working quietly behind the scenes, we developed a suite of visual stories crafted to enrich Belmond’s online presence. Each project carried its own personality, but all shared one objective: to highlight Belmond’s dedication to quality and experience without losing the authenticity that defines them. These were real moments, real people, and a brand communicating with honesty.
