Commissioned to make Belmond’s recruitment film, we aimed to cut through the corporate gloss and focus on the people who bring the brand to life. The film offered an unfiltered look at the staff behind Le Manoir—those who work with care, precision, and passion. We focused on capturing the authenticity of the team, from the kitchen to the garden, giving potential recruits a glimpse of a workplace that feels both personal and inspiring. It was storytelling with purpose—drawing people in not just with a job offer, but with the promise of being part of something meaningful.
