Commissioned to produce Belmond’s recruitment film, our aim was to cut through the corporate gloss and put the people front and centre. Rather than polished marketing shots, we captured unguarded moments with the staff who bring Le Manoir to life - from the kitchen brigade to the gardeners - giving prospective recruits an honest look at the day-to-day culture.

This recruitment video is storytelling with purpose: portraits of real team members, their craft, and the pride they take in their work. By focusing on authentic staff stories and workplace atmosphere, the film functions as an employer branding piece that attracts talent not just with a role, but with the promise of joining something meaningful.
